ComForcare Receptionists/Administrative Assistants manage telephone and reception duties, organise and maintain documents and office supplies/stocks. They are also responsible for processing application materials for field staff and data entry.

Our Administrative Coordinators are responsible for coordinating client schedules and staffing care packages. Responsibilities also include responding to customer requests in an efficient and professional manner and briefing new employees on client care plans for initial visits. Coordinators may also be involved in field audits, staff supervision, the recruitment programme and initiatives.

Marketing and Community Liaison staff play a key role in achieving company growth. This position must respond to customer requests in an efficient and professional manner, alongside promoting community initiatives. Sales efforts in the care field emphasize establishing and nurturing a meaningful and productive relationship with referral sources.
